This is a tested pair of MOSFETs for the Millett Hybrid MOSFET-MAX. They are also suitable for the M3 headphone amplifier.

These are genuine International Rectifier MOSFETs and include one each of:

IRFZ24N - Hexfet N-Channel Power MOSFET, TO-220 case, and
IRF9Z34N - Hexfet P-Channel Power MOSFET, TO-220 case.

Both MOSFETs are hand-tested for diode and gate capacitance operation.
