These are high-quality, tested, NOS tubes. There are 6J6's, 6J6A's and 6J6W's in Beezar's stock. Every attempt will be made to match pairs in construction. Output matching is recommended, but is available with an extra charge (see TORPEDO! Tube Matching Service)

Each tube has been personally checked for defects, the glass cleaned, and the pins straightened/cleaned. They are guaranteed to work in your Torpedo, or return them for replacement (shipping not included).

Note that 6J6 stock at Beezar is made up of 6J6's, 6J6A's, and 6J6W's. They test as identical tubes, but there are some construction differences. The 6J6A's and 6J6W's appear to be later tubes and generally have more robust connections from the pins to the plates and heater, but this may not have any bearing on their sound quality. There isn't enough of a track record yet to tell you which is better. Neverthelss, you may choose to specify from among those three when you order. Beezar will make its own choice if you do not.
