These are the same ubiquitous sockets as used on most Millett Hybrids and most Millett Hybrid MAXes. The one exception is that this socket uses Gold-plated pins.

Many of us have purchased NOS tubes and found bits of corrosion on the pins. Did you clean it off? Did you plug it into a socket anyway? Wonder what happens to that corrosion inside the socket?

Well worry no more - use one of these sockets with the gold pins and get rid of potential corrosion.
