The Vishay-Roederstein is without exception, the finest film cap the BantamDAC developers have tried. With loads of high-speed transient and sparkle, the Roederstein also has exceptional bass response. The 1uf rating results in a -3dB cutoff frequency of ~3Hz when connected to a MillettMAX/MiniMAX. Bass is deep and slamming. Midrange is not as forward as the Wima, but is instead a neutral cap throughout the spectrum. The BantamDAC Team has found these to be better than Black Gates or even Vitamin Q's as coupling caps in the BantamDAC.

The Roedersteins fit in the first two pads of the BantamDAC output coupling cap positions and are slightly less tall than the Bantam's recommended power cap. Highly recommended!
