PN4392 Matched JFET Pair

This is a matched pair, within 0.1ma, of the PN4392 JFETs. These JFETs are used as Q1L/R in the MAX and MiniMAX. While not strictly required due to the trimmer that's in the diamond buffer current setting loop, a matched pair of these JFETs will remove any doubt that trimming out the diamond buffer to match channels is possible. Theoretically, the same trimmer setting on the Left buffer will result in a matched current with the same trimmer setting on the Right buffer with use of these JFETs. There are still variances and chances are that the trimmers won't be truly equal, but using matched JFETs, combined with Beezar's matched transistor sets, will get you as close as is possible.

Again, note that these JFETs are for use as Q1L/R in the MAX and MiniMAX, only.
