The Nichicon Muse ES, 1000uf 16V is intended for the CA2 positions on the MAX board (two are required - one for each channel). This cap has a reputation for outstanding bass extension and slam. Highs resolution is a tiny bit lacking, but bypassing with a Wima MKP10 film cap (or something better) will easily correct this small deficiency.

The ES requires very little break-in and possesses good tone and detail. However, the bass is where this cap really shines. There may be no other cap with better bass slam than the Muse ES.
